GROUP DATES

Group dates are check-in Sunday, May 3, checking out Friday, May 8, 2026 (5-nights).
The negotiated hotel group rate of USD$409.00/night plus applicable taxes and fees and will be honoured for up to 3 days pre & 3 days post group dates. *Based on standard accommodation. Reservations for pre and post stays must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Additional costs will apply for upgraded room categories.

Cancellation POLICY – REGISTRATION FEE
Written notification to ECAO is required for all requests for cancellation. Refunds will be granted based on the date of notification. No refunds will be made after January 31, 2026.
Family Travel Cost Guidelines:

When children are not permitted at an event, a well-regarded kids' club will offer a range of supervised activities, and a reliable babysitting service will provide professional, vetted caregivers for in-room care or supervised play in the club. You will be responsible for any additional costs that may be applicable.
